Answer;

Speech

People will rely on communication for a better living. They always communicate unconsciously even when they are not willing to share with colleagues. Therefore, people can communicate verbally and at the same time can use gestures. With the administration of gestures, some people bring out messages they want without any word uttered. In some other aspects, an individual can identify specific gestures that are used to interpret the messages that are affiliated with non-verbal cues. Gestures can be used when implementing speech presentation and communication in an effective spectrum. There are many gestures in the world culture, but parties involved can condense them into descriptive gesture, and emphatic gestures. Some gestures required are suggestive and thus some people use a group of prompting gestures.

When presenting a case to people, sometimes the body movements and the facial expressions are ready to support the gestural admirable cues. This provides perfect speeches that have moved the public in the rhetoric world. By observing how people respond to the comprehensive strategies of good communication, bodies use series of gestures as means of presenting messages. As people prepare to meet any audience, there is need to appreciate that they will pass a double message. People have obligations of accepting that in many incidences, the comprehension of the first message depends solely on the first approach of the speaker; that is the non-verbal gestures that s/he applies (International, 2011)

International (2011), argue to their level best that, descriptive gestures are very instrumental when the clients of this type are passing messages verbally. The speakers with such audiences that need to use gestures descriptively make it easy to observe the objects used. There is a conventional meaning of gesture that has always been detected from people whenever they have committed any type of mistake. When they are offended by colleagues or obsessed with some situations, they may feel empathetic and can show their strong feeling through facial connections.

International (2011) further postulates that, some eloquent speakers can be very suggestive in the gesture they make use of in communication. Opinions can be inserted into the mind of the listeners before the message is delivered. When the speaker applies the suggestive gestures, some people can connect the meaning especially if it was conventional gesture was applied. For instance, people can use legs and other parts of the bodies like hands to express gestures. There is still a way in which one can demonstrate the act of receiving and even giving. The answer is simple, a speaker can show open palms to the audience. Some speakers are observed shrugging their shoulders whenever they feel like there is contradiction or a misunderstood iron in a given aspect.

Speakers have been confronted with the challenge of dealing with audience that is very inactive. They fail to show any gesture of understanding and follow up of the speech. This needs some creativity from the speaker. Some speakers are very affective; they modify their gestures to deliver effectively the intended message. International (2011) concurs that, the most appropriate measure is by implementing the prompting gesture. When people are required to smile, the speaker must illustrate a facial expression that is covered with a smile and the other way round. Speakers can command the audience to clap their hands as they also accompany them.

In conclusion, gestures can be source of emotional uplifting in the communication process. Gestures used descriptively are applied in circumstances when people want to pass information in a verbal way. When we use emphatic ways to communicate, gestures are expressed emphatically. Furthermore, communication can be improved from the suggestive perspectives in many ways. Gesture that send suggestive messages can save the speakers from this situation. On the other hand, speakers at that are in prompting situation need to use the gestures that communicate prompting message. Communication should be effective in the resent world if people understand the use gestures and the message they convey.
