The following is PMC’s career development path for their organizational structure at the Lima manufacturing plant:

Most employees begin their careers as grade 1 production workers. After two years on the job and with some in-house training, they can move to grade 2 production workers.
After three years and more training, they can become a senior production worker.
After the senior production level, other possible jobs include:
Plant training supervisor or quality control supervisor.
Department supervisor (for a line department, quality, training, or maintenance)
Shift supervisor.
Assistant plant manager or plant manager.
